PRIVACY POLICY

At NousInt, we respect your privacy and are committed to transparency regarding the data we collect and how it is processed. This policy outlines our practices, particularly concerning our analysis tools.

Data Collection & Processing

We believe in data minimization. NousInt does not maintain a user database, does not require account registration, and does not sell user data.

1. Image Analysis (Deepscan)
When you use the Deepscan tool, your uploaded images are processed in-memory by our server and then transmitted to third-party AI providers for analysis. We do not permanently store your images on our servers. Once the analysis is complete and the result is returned to you, the image data is discarded from our operational memory.

2. Server Logs & Rate Limiting
To maintain the stability and security of our service, we temporarily process IP addresses for rate-limiting purposes. This helps prevent abuse and denial-of-service attacks. These logs are rotated regularly.

3. Browser Information
Standard web access logs may capture your User-Agent string (browser type) and other technical metadata. This is used solely for debugging and security auditing. Also, we can't even access them because we don't have money. ("we" as in I) :C

Third-Party AI Processors

To provide detection capabilities, NousInt utilizes external AI models. By using our Deepscan service, you acknowledge that your content will be processed by:

  • Google Gemini (Google Cloud): Images are sent to Google's generative AI models. Note: Google may retain API input data (images/prompts) for a period of time to improve their models and for abuse monitoring, in accordance with their Privacy Policy and API Terms of Service.
  • SightEngine: Used for image moderation and deepfake detection. Refer to their policy for data retention specifics.
  • HuggingFace: We utilize hosted inference endpoints for specialized detection models.

Cookies & Local Storage

NousInt is a completely stateless application. We do not use cookies, local storage, or session storage of any kind. Your UI preferences (such as Red Mode) are determined by the URL you visit, not by stored data.
